1. Program Description
7Tel LLC ("7Tel," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS and MMS messaging program to communicate with customers and prospective customers regarding our Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) products and services. Messages may include welcome communications, service notifications, product updates, and links to resources at 7tel.us.
2. Who Can Participate
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to participate in 7Tel's messaging program. By voluntarily providing your phone number and explicitly opting in to text messages, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
3. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages from 7Tel through one of the following methods:
Your consent to receive SMS messages from 7Tel LLC is not a condition of purchasing or using any 7Tel service.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and communication preferences. You may receive up to 6 messages per month. We reserve the right to modify message frequency at any time.

Standard message and data rates may apply. These charges are assessed by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by 7Tel. Contact your carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.
7. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of 7Tel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further marketing or promotional messages will be sent following a valid opt-out request.
Opting out of marketing messages does not affect service-related or transactional messages associated with an active 7Tel service agreement, unless you separately request that as well.

Reply HELP to any 7Tel text message to receive assistance. You will receive a response with program information, opt-out instructions, and our contact details. You may also contact us directly at support@7tel.us or visit 7tel.us.
9. Supported Carriers
7Tel's messaging program is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Carrier support may change without notice. We are not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier.

11. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use or attempt to use 7Tel's messaging services to send unauthorized, unsolicited, or unlawful communications, or to impersonate 7Tel or any other person or entity.
12. Changes to These Terms
7Tel reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to 7tel.us. Continued participation in the messaging program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Compliance
7Tel's messaging program operates in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, 10DLC registration requirements administered by The Campaign Registry (TCR), and applicable carrier guidelines.
